ReplyDeletefirst..i am very very happy to have found your blog. you said you're proomoting Chinese BL drama cds and I think you're doing very very well! why? i've listened to maybe hundreds of Japanese drama Cds...most are good but there are just really few that really pierced my heart...even the NOVELS...and sometimes i find myself feeling empty...then came this site
i just realized through your blog that Chinese BL novels and drama cds have this 'diffferent' air in them. a touch of seriousness and maturity and yet...still makes you warm inside.
i could say i've matured into my choices of reads and to what i listen. not just all smex scenes you know but substance? and having to search tons of titles with that standards...*a lot of work!
Thanks for introducing me to Chinese BL...i'll always wait for your updates while digging Japanese selections of BL drama CDs and novels too. The ones that are really good are the rare ones...hehehe

ReplyDeleteI know right?? There really should be a substance...otherwise...it feels incomplete...and strange...i want 'love' as the foundation and not 'lust' . sadly, most drama cds revolve around it. the dominant one blackmailing the passive one and wah...just...im tired of those!!!!

Japanase BL drama cds...Hmmm...Hanayakana Aijo (i love this because this is one of the first one i've listened to, i cried at the ending.^^) also Chiru Chiru Michiru if you haven't listened to this yet. (very funny at the same time a bit more realistic. It did make me shed some tears...)
doushitemo furetakunai. (this has a manga, maybe you've read it already. i love the author! but going back to the drama cd, it's...can't describe it. I'd consider this a gem. I cried a lot. or perhaps im just a cry baby when it comes to drama cds i get easily touched by the good ones. anyway...THIS IS A GOOD ONE. SO IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED LISTENING TO THIS YET, PLEASE DO!^_^

Hanayaka na Aijou (I love amnesia plots) and Chiru Chiru Michiru (one of my favorites) are good choices. *u* lol. I still have yet to listen to Doushitemo Furetakunai. I've read the manga though and liked it.

Chinese blcd really have something more...it not just about smuts/lust but also about love, and usually complicated ones T_T
This is my 2nd time listening to chinese blcd (the 1st one is Lu Feng & Xiao Chen's story 'A round trip to love' by Lan Lin) and i'm really captivated with the depth of the story~♡♡

Thank you for translating! I think this is my first time listening to a chinese bl audio drama. I dont know where I can post up my thoughts without spoiling so I'll just say this, eric and arthur are crazy, but arthur is more crazy! I felt a little sad for eric, why did he have to like arthur so much. Btw, i love the ending song!
